Thanks Sam Drew and David tired this morning as we drove to Richmond and back(home at 2:05) this am so a little sleepy but bet it's going to be a great day. High in 70s today rain tomorrow then cooler but by weekend or first of next week hard freeze coming. End of what's left of growing season for sure. A very good morning to all

Poured second cup of coffee. 51° with clouds this morning. Heading to 60° with a cool breeze and some sun. Got enough rain overnight to wet the ground. Wife thinks she has all her doctors on the same page. Starts therapy and pain medication today. Still have not started on pond winterizing yet. Maybe today.

59˚ Today will be 20˚ colder than yesterday!
The cold front hit this morning it looks like rain is behind it and slowly heading this way. We have finally had enough rain that I think the field (not yard) weeds need mowing. When the rain stops I'll have to remove the BH and put on the mower. THE FIRST TIME SINCE 2004!!!!! I will have to break out the manual.

I hear the welcome pitter-patter of rain on the metal roof, nice....
