66 degrees, heading to the mid 70s today. Got some serious storms through last night. Have not checked the rain gauge yet, but expect it will show at least .5 inches. Quite the light show as well. Lots of rumbling here from distant thunder. Expecting more rain/storms off and on all day through tomorrow. Glad to have it.

(As I started typing this, the rain began falling again. Hooray for rain.)

Thanks Don, but that's a little small. I see those all the time on craigslist, but I want one a bit bigger. The one I have my eyes on is the one I borrowed from my neighbor to bring my Mule down when we did your bridge project. It was perfect for towing behind my truck. I'm afraid I couldn't even see a 5x8 if it is empty, and backing a trailer that short with a big 3/4 ton truck like mine is much harder than a longer trailer.

Good morning all. 62F going to 68F cloudy and rain has fallen this morning. Was going to mow the hills but grass/ground won't get dry enough today. No ride yesterday so will ride this morning, wife and I will play golf and dinner together tonight.

My 6.5'x14' was stolen last June, found abondoned 1200 or so miles away in central LA. You gottab love the

You guys are making me rethink a Lunette lock. Guy I bought from uses them as he is practically in town. Guess if someone stole my trailer they would load it up with other goodies - no sense leaving empty

I use a lock on my gooseneck trailer. No sense taking chances. The cost of the lock is far cheaper than the cost of replacing the entire trailer.

I had a lock on mine, apparently they hooked the chains tight and took it out the back of the property. If a dam thief wants it he'll get it.

They did the same to mine when they stole it....I had a lock on the coupler...but I myself have used just the chains to move the trailer around on the farm...set the coupler on the ball the wrap the chains tight and go slow and you can go a great distance....even if you chain the trailer to a tree...they will cut the chain or cut down the tree...just have to hide it....Really sad ...right ?

Everything went well today, except I developed a nasty sinus headache (allergies, I guess). The walkthrough went well...they left a lot more goodies then expected. Closing went pretty smoothly (other then the headache). And the washer/dryer worked great!!! I took a nap on my (new to me) bed...very comfy.

We move our internet service tomorrow morning. I'll post in the morning and hopefully everything will go fairly smoothly.

Stress will do some things, especially if there's an aggravating factor like sinus issues.
