Hope you can catch the critter, nice that you want to use it for pest control.
Just to show you our great weather, here are some pictures, headed by one of a cat that keeps coming to our back door...

Late this morning!
68 degrees and very pleasant! Should see a high of 77 and sunny all day. Good day to mow, and the lawn needs it.
Boy, I was out on the back deck watching Bella (our young Boxer)...she got her hair up on her back over by the central air compressor. I looked over the rail and saw about 12" of black snake sunning itself on the wiring between the AC and the house. The rest of the snake's body was still in the hole the AC wiring went through. I guess we have a house guest. This is a young snake...I'll catch if I can and put it over in the shed (plenty of rodents there). With this being such a nice day, I expect the snake will be sunning itself on the porch deck or the top of the AC soon enough.
My boxer boy, Bubba is my avatar.
Cats can be hilarious sometimes! :laughing:Hope you can catch the critter, nice that you want to use it for pest control. What you said about it going into a hole made me laugh as it reminded me of the time last month one of my cats was following a 2 foot long garter snake along the foundation wall, the snake disappeared into it's burrow in the ground and the cat was two feet behind, when the snake was gone the cat started dashing around like 'I KNOW that critter is around here SOMEPLACE" and I was laughing so hard...
Yep, that's Scotland! My dad was stationed in Scotland, back in the 50's. He said the wind blew and it rained almost every day he was there.
Here's Bella...
She's a sweetie...not quite 2 years old.
For the most part, she's pretty well behaved. She does get cranky when she thinks we all should go to bed (normally 2000-2030).
She's also very insistent when she wants us to play with her and her toys.
Good morning all, I see we have a good post count this morning
65F for a start heading for 80. Planted grass is sprouting well finish garden and start reseeding lawn sections.
Yeah, maybe that American pensioner is doing some good too :laughing:Yeah, I told 300U guy we need to get cracking so we could catch up the the Chronicles in total posts. Maybe the Scottish kid is actually doing us some good.
It just came down in TORRENTS...I measured an inch of rain so far this morning.
What I don't understand though Bill, is that you're posting in that Chronicles thread yourself, so you're helping it stay ahead... I'm befuddledYeah, I told 300U guy we need to get cracking so we could catch up the the Chronicles in total posts. Maybe the Scottish kid is actually doing us some good.

Ours is not to question why, our is but to do or dieWhat I don't understand though Bill, is that you're posting in that Chronicles thread yourself, so you're helping it stay ahead... I'm befuddled![]()
Better get cracking then! :thumbsup:It has been a week since it rained like that here, really slowed down the lawn work. Since the lawn work is behind so is the fishing
