54 right now...high in the mid to upper 70's and probably some rain...

As I was driving to work yesterday, a good sized black bear ran across the road I was on...close enough to where I had to jam on the brakes

71 outside this AM. Heading to lower 80's. Thunder storms the hit or miss type on the agenda. The skunks seem to have overtaken a ground hog residence that I never closed up. Late yesterday evening I watched them also take a detour under another building. So looks like today will be trap and plug day.

Good morning, 68 now, maybe 76 later. Not raining at the moment. Supposed to start raining later today again. Lots of flood warnings. The Tuscarawas River is flooding north of the flood control dams.

Doctor changed the antibiotic for the finger. This one seems to be making a difference.

Poured first cup of coffee. 57° with partly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 77° with afternoon thunderstorms. Got lawn cut yesterday and did some trimming. Made it to having 23 years left to make it to the century mark. Need to get hedge trimmer out and trim back some of the shrubs surrounding the house. Then it's off to sons place to celebrate Fathers Day and Birthday.

Riptides, would like to give you some advice on showing Ms Pepe La Pew the way away from your buildings. But so far I keep getting videos of the one that is hanging around our place.

Yesterday's storms skipped by us, thank Heavens. Spent all day with the grapple and chainsaw cleaning up the downed maple in the front yard. My wife helped, picking up lots of little branches in the yard. Also went under the house twice to help plumber.

Found an oak down from the storm over my trail at the creek. Haven't been down the whole trail yet to check for other damage.

No bears, just a 'possum in the front yard this morning. Rip, hope you are successful with your skunks and the smell doesn't linger.

I'm now worried about Randy, too.

Mostly, looks like pretty days you were having in Kansas.
