Time to BBQ.

isn't that stamped on all clocks in Texas?
no matter what the hour...

with all the rain coming, thought I'd get one last bit of sunshine and planted about 150 onion seedlings. I've now planted about 500 of these sweet onions that are supposed to average 3 to 5 pounds apiece.

Friday pm, time for a cold beer and watch a movie.

Had a barley pop myself while I grilled burgers and chicken legs. We love burgers because you can make them up how you want with so many toppings. I put sharp cheese, picante, mustard, mayo, pickles and jalapenos.

Thank you all, this time last year I couldn’t have been more lost, and I still miss myLynn, 42 years married plus a year before is a long time together. But, Ellen and I have a great time together and we do things on our own as well, we both have good families and friends, as well as a lot of common interests.

Randy, it is amazing how love can pull one up from the doldrums of depression. It's perfectly normal to miss Lynn. She will always have a place in your heart. I'm so glad you were able to find love again and enjoy a new life partner. It's good that you both have your own things to do too....So happy for Y'all!!!

I actually got the BBQ started, and let my wifey take over cooking while I got on the mower for about 45 minutes. My yard is 30% clover.

Good evening all. 50F for the start, overcast, light wind. Sky stay mostly cloudy most of the day, winds picked up a bit mid-morning, and high temp was 59F. Slow start this morning, did get a bike ride in, after lunch and nap started a quest to fill my wife's prescription from the dental consult yesterday. 2 pharmacies were out of it and the drug was on back order

Don quite the shop, Stepson worked for German cabinet maker while he was in high-school, the shop was that tidy but not near that big. Hope you can do something to make helping your Mom easier.

Intuitively I understand, but I'll need to process this information through both brain hemispheres. It is not (yet) an official diagnosis in the psycho-labels, but there is definitely an "engineer's syndrome" ; probably due to a more utilized left brain operation. Good luck with the meeting of minds.

I highly suspect there are a lot of left mind thinkers here.

JB, I doubt many on here are "typical" engineers. Many like me must have malfunctioning left sides that let us freely say "Good Morning" in response to others without analysing today's data, then giving the right side of the brain, on the balance of probablity, permisssion to agree.

12°F and it will reach 21 today. Wind NW 21 gusting to 26 mph. 40% chance of flurries.

I will go out at day break and scrape the 3" of snow off that we got after I finished plowing yesterday. Then it is off to North Bay.

If the Jeep was 'on the road', then I wouldn't bother with it. This Dodge Journey is a P.O.S in the deeper snow in the driveway.
