Good morning all, sunny cold weather here for several days, temps dropping, still 53 out but cooling off all day. Will be another week before warm weather returns, rain or something this weekend.
Up early, wide awake from sleeping too much, but still get tired easily.
I feel better this morning but ear still ringing and buzzing, reduced a little.
Well, they said four or five days so I have to be patient.
At least I think mine will go away unlike a bunch of you guys, surprising how
many guys have tinnitus from work conditions. I think they are a lot more strict on that today, OSHA requiring DB readings.
Need to go pick up for cleaning ladies, running wash early in the morning, then go foodshopping because I had thought I was leaving town tomorrow. Well that isn't happening, worse my friends in Florida told me yesterday she just found a lump in her breast and they are pretty freaked out about that until the results come back. So no trip to Florida. Silver lining is I get more time with my seedlings.
Incoming cold weather reminds me, need to make a fire in the fireplace, more silver linings of cold winter weather that doesn't come here that often. Last year only had three fires in fireplace, I'm ready to get in my recliner next to the fire, read my book, and as is needed when you aren't 21 anymore, conserve energy...
Electrician coming tomorrow with ditchwitch to lay a new supply line from barn to garden shed. Not a job he was looking forward to I could tell, and it's going to be right at freezing when he gets here tomorrow and won't get much warmer. Better him than me out there. It will be really nice to have lights in the shed so I can see the tiny seeds better. Propane heater working fine, will work better when I have the ceiling insulated. Prior owner of my farm owned a small elevator company and in order to sign off on the work he had to have an electrical license. So as you might imagine he did some of the exterior building wiring here himself, and this garden shed is pretty much the last bit of wiring I am tearing out and redoing. How could a licensed electrician leave a main connection like this pic? My electrician and I uncovered this and that's when I knew it all had to be rewired. I have a bunch of spare receptacles and gfi's I'm going to use up and replace them here, since everything was pretty rusty.
