12 right now....should hit the mid to upper 40's today...hopefully warm enough, long enough to loosen up some of the ice. Probably some rain tonight, but not freezing.

Plans today...put a new TV stand together and chop some ice on the front walks.

My trailer should only be pulled by a man of distinction and good taste. And while that surely includes all of you...

Left the heat on the unit at 55 last night, will drain the tanks today and turn the heat off afterwards. All the heat is propane and those two 30 pound bottles won't last long in sub freezing temps. But at least everything works. RVs and boats are the least reliable machinery I've ever owned.

Perhaps why Tractor cabs with HVAC are so popular here?

39 outside this AM. Heading to low 60's. Just saw that big buck head into the woods. That's such a nice thing to see in the AM. He is a property regular.

I ended up in my own bed last night after a month and a half of AirBnB's, hospital couches, hotel beds, and the living room floor. And of course, I could not sleep, since I was wondering how the SO was doing. Of course, I come down to medicate her and she is sleeping like the angel she is.

Today, I might break out the pressure washer and clean anything that moves. LOL.

sure looks comfortable. But perhaps not on my back, neck, arms and wrists. Sigh. Sure looks like fun.
With a nice paddle shifting DCT.
They don't give them away, but this looks like a lot of serious engineering in this bike.

If you cannot hook up one of your many implements to it ........ do you really need it?

We HAD high hopes that you would be the first to get to the one tractor per implement threshold we all aspire to. Please take a step back and re-focus man! YOU CAN DO IT!

32 here and looking/searching for a high of 39 with a few rain showers or flurries. Wind SW 16 gusting to 26.

I gotta get some more wood into the basement today. The corner that the wood goes into from outside is empty. Somebody got the wood dumped too close to the wood hole and we couldn't get the treadmill to the window. We use a treadmill to sling the wood in, it saves on the shoulders.
It wasn't me, I was in Thunder Bay when the wood was delivered. That is about all I have on my plate for today.

Regarding the offer on the TT, I need to withdraw the offer. Mainly because I don't have anything to haul it with. Besides that Texas out bid me anyway, but it is 400 miles farther than me one way to deliver it.

Ron, seems like the older I get, the more irregular my sleep patterns become. These days I just seem to sleep when I get sleepy, just like I eat when I get hungry.

Drew, even though I've got a truck that'd pull your trailer quite nicely, I'll save you the trip out here and tell you right up front I'm not a travel trailer kinda guy. You're welcome!:laughing:

Sounds like things are starting to get a little bit back to normal, Rip, but I'm not surprised you'd be worried about your wife if your bed wasn't close to her. Does she have some way of signaling to you if she can't get up herself or you don't hear her calling? When I was a kid, mom kept an old hand rung school bell next to the back door and would ring it when she wanted me to come home. You could hear it for blocks! Something like that might give you the peace of mind you need to get a good night's rest.

Got a lot to do on this last dry day, need to prioritize.

The low officially was 34, cat water frozen solid through. I checked my outdoor thermometer and the weather station on the other end of the property, both said 26. We are normally a few degrees colder than the airport which is a mile away where the monitor is. Our daughters house is about 2.5 miles as the crow flies, further out, is 2-3 degrees colder still.

Good morning everyone.

22F and hazy sunshine. Today is "Dump Day" so I'll be loading up the truck and then down to the "Big City" for supplies. It may get close to 50F here today.

Mid February is going to be interesting for most of us with a couple of storms tracking across the CONUS; middle (W to E and N to S) CONUS to coastal CONUS with (possibly numerous) rain/snow battle lines. There will be lots of arctic air reloading with good moisture in the Gulf of Mexico and possibly training low pressure weather systems lining up over the Pacific Ocean.

Buppies- I am happy to read that you are recovering.

My + thoughts, best wishes, and prayers for those who are ill and recovering. + thoughts for all.

I've looked at, ridden and considered the BMWs a few times, have a nephew that likes them. They make a nice bike.
