37F with dense fog this morning.

It is hard to believe a chainsaw would start right up after being 'stored' outdoors. One of my brothers stored tools that way, pretty much wherever they fell from his hand the last time he used them. Used to drive my dad nuts.

My son in Front Royal is planning an early exit to head for the Eastern Shore on Wednesday, as they are expecting several inches of snow there Wed into Thursday. We are expecting light, non accumulating snow early Thursday. 65 now, 74 later today.

Good morning! 50˚ hitting only 61˚ later it's a cloudless energetic type of day. A good day to get outside work done.

Good day all. It's still the 47 that it was earlier with heavy rain and a high of 60.

Going to have lunch with the FIL to celebrate his 91st b'day... and he's still driving!

Then finish loading the motorhome for the trip south, but hopefully not with the same ending as Drew. ^(

Wind is really blowing here ... heard a tree come down somewhere down towards the house I think.

Beautiful weather for cutting ... very mild temps ... almost had to take off my Carhardt.

One tank of premix so far ... have about 1/2 of the trees bucked ... haven't touched the log pile yet tho' ...

Came down for a quick little french toast break ...
