now Larro, the problem was you couldn't get wifi on your tractor?
How big a screen you got in there? Mouse built in the FEL controls?
probably shouldn't give anybody any ideas here...
Since your mowing pics are so straight and true, you must have radar controlled
cruise control too...gosh those Fords were loaded.

actually, look inside a 8 or 9 series JD or similar and it looks like a space ship in there.
Pretty soon we will have all glass dashes like new yachts and Mercedes, all copied from large jet planes.
I do have to wonder if all these new farming electronics have become a warranty headache to the manufacturers.
I have usually found that reliability is inversely proportional to complexity.

Got all the pieces of plate cut off the main 4' x 8 before we ran out of acetylene ... still have some trims and diagonal splits to do though ... so it's down to Matheson-Valley for a full tank.

50 degrees now and very windy today.the second Master cylinder is installed and Brakes are bleed and I have Brakes again now tomorrow I will have to put the Hood and Muffler back on. I am glad its done.

The wife and I got the stovepipe for the wood furnace cleaned out a little bit ago ... I still gotta do the chimney itself though, before the job is really complete.

47F and partly cloudy @ 01:00 ...

Fell asleep around 09:00 after having my one meal of the day ... the wife has me on her special "healthy meal regime": two Hebrew National dogs, topped with her homemade chili ... lol ...

Got all the plate, cut, trimmed, sliced and diced for the grapple and the shrub bucket ... plus a fair amount of jaw jacking done as well. Got to try my hand with the torch ... last time I monkeyed with one of those was about 40 years ago in the Old Man's repair shop ...

I think I like it.

Also got the brackets taken off my loader bucket ... so getting the tractor-side SSQA is looming on the horizon ...

Gonna head up to the shop here in a bit and do a little clean up at least ...

UB scarfing out the welds on the bucket brackets:

Managed to get that done before we ran out of Ox ... hope that's cheaper than the acetylene was ... lol ...

Have probably 1 or 2 hours in on getting those brackets off, all told ... UB was impressed with how well Kubota had welded them on.

Bucket got bent up a little under the brackets taking them off ... from beating on them and prying them off with a chisel ... no biggie ... just clean it up and weld it ... the SSQA plate will cover it anyways.

Painted for 6 hours yesterday - until almost sunset - probably risking a bit of dew on the last part, but was protected by a big overhang. Couldn't use my sprayer on this part, but pleased with how much I got done with a brush and roller.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 35° with clear skies and thin layer of frost on everything this morning. Heading to 58° with sun and breeze. Should complete winterizing garden pond today. Then cut lawn.
