Found tracks along the driveway up at the road. Would be nice when people use the driveway to turn around they would stay on the pavement

Good Morning,
Ct, 62 to start going to 85. Another bright and sunny day before the clouds return tomorrow. Last night Kathleen and I went to the local car cruise night with the Model A. Nice night to be out and amongst so many beautiful restored vehicles. My 1930 A was the oldest car there.

Got an email from the Chinese out in California that they are sending a complete gazebo out to me instead of just the one small panel that is missing Unbelievable! That’s right Drew I just used an exclamation point

Dentist appointment later today and all the kiddos are coming over for a dip in the cement pond

Phil, hoping you feel better soon , I’m sorry you had to work on my project under the weather, I didn’t need it so quickly but thank you so much.

Frits I pride myself on backing into some long DW’s without going on peoples grass . I have delivery vans pull into my DW and then turn around on my grass instead of backing in, that is the work of a very incompetent driver

Good morning TBN!!
58 this morning with usual Tstorms and mid 80s this afternoon.

Spent the day putting away items that I should be done with for now. Fixed the joystick for my FEL. It had come lose the last time I used it. Also got the stabilizer bar off and plan on welding it up today. Spent the whole day avoiding crawling under the tractor. Success
Agenda today will be helping the wife pack for a trip to Montana with friends, Making a fuel run and crawling under the tractor to see what I am getting in to and parts that I will need.

Time for a second cup

Getting pounded with heavy rain this hour. First wave went through at about 5am. Expecting 2-4 inches. Creeks rising and parts of the Big City are flooded already. I'm Ok here as we're about 100' higher than San Antonio. We just won't be able to go anywhere. They're telling folks over the radio to stay at home. Lights are still on but I'm running the web off my phone. Huge areas are without power. It's been really noisy since 5am. I'm getting another cup of coffee before the electric goes out. Stay dry!

Good morning, the low is 48 and going up to 66°F. Wind NW 6 mph. Sunny with cloudy periods.

It is a pity that we cannot put in a 3" concrete curb with railway spikes pointy end up along the driveways accompanied with a sign that reads, "private drive enter at own risk."
My driveway, where it flares out to the road has a 2' ditch on one side and a 2' ditch on the other with a power pole right there. Getting out of there is going to be expensive.
In 31 years nobody has fallen into it, that I know of.

I may cut the grass today after the wind picks up. Supposed to be 12 to 25 mph winds later today. Excellent grass cutting weather, the bugs can't fly in those winds.

Time to get on with my day.

think I jinxed myself on rv. Thought water system was great, even tested hot water in kitchen, all was normal. Until I took a shower this morning. yuck smelly rusty water, plenty of hot water, but sounds like the tank is shot. Also backed up by the fact that no water was coming out of bathroom sink until I took off strainer and it was clogged with two tiny pieces of rust. I knew that wouldn't end well, had to come from somewhere.
funny thing is my under sink filtration system made that gross water seem just fine, so that sure works. Suburban SW6DE, cheapest interestingly at Home Depot. It involves a propane connection so likely above my pay grade. Six years and bounced around a lot, likely porcelain tank lining broke letting water at steel case. 400 bucks, could be worse.

When my daughters were learning to drive one of my requirements before they could take the driving test was to backup our driveway using the outside mirrors on the old plow trucks.
