Good Morning to All who Celebrate! Currently 47° with a high of 47°. I'll take not having to scrape the windows of the truck in the morning. Makes life easier all around.
Friday I had picked up some sort of bug, but had to stay on at work due to my boss having to take care of his whole family who has come down with a stomach bug. So I was just trying to hang on and not let the day get away from me.
Saturday, Felt better and finally got around to greasing the loader. Take one more thing of the list. Still need to look at the Farm Boss, maybe this weekend.
Sunday, Mother asked me to burn boxes again. Alright, got dressed in outside clothes, boots on, collected tools, fired up the tractor, swapped the snow-push for the bucket, moved the truck. Was puttering back towards the garage when it hit me: Oh, it's Sunday. Township won't let you burn on Sunday. The other capper of Sunday, boss messaged me: Networking trouble in the main branch, be there at 6am tomorrow to look at it.
Monday rolls around and I don't think I sat down until 1pm. From the networking trouble to a new corporate user that needed to be on-boarded in another location and back again.
This week it looks like an ice storm is on the horizon, when I get home I'll put the snow push back on, and the blade. I think I might need the downforce and definitely the weight if ice is involved. Boss now has a cold as well, Day-quil is keeping him up, but I imagine he will fade soon.
Current goals: Survive the workweek, put snow push and blade back on, figure out what's wrong with the Farm Boss, buy 100 hour maintenance kit for tractor.
Prayers for those ailing and recovering! Y'all stay safe out there and enjoy the week!
