Good Morning,
Ct, 26 to start going to 29 ! It snowed last night, and still snowing lightly ! Looks like about an inch, but like Paul mentioned, better to push it off rather than have it turn to ice by driving on it ! There won’t be any melting today !

Fuddy, get well soon, no fun being sick and also prayers for your wife’s quick recovery !

We watched two of the grands lady night so our youngest son and DIL could go out with friends! We are going out with a couple friends tonite for dinner but then have to watch the same grands again tonite so they can go to a family Christmas party ! . Said to Kathleen, good thing they have us or they would not be going anywhere!

Tomorrow morning is Candy Cane /Popcorn Ball Sunday ! I go over to the FD at 7 am and make bacon , egg and cheese sandwiches for all the elves ! So not getting a lot of sleep lately!

Buppies, hope you get some we’ll needed rest ! Do you need any tribaxle drives down there ? Would probably be easier than pulling oil hose !

Super cold coming in tomorrow, better bundle up ! Hope all have a very good day !

35 outside and that is about the expected high for today. Dry and cold.

MIL has relocated. Airport pickup went smooth. Most people trying to get out of the city. FLA flights were not even full coming in. Plane way early but no gate space available. Lost an hour sitting around waiting to de-plane.

Not much to say when we got home, here. Probably needs to decompress for a while. Hid all the stuff from her place to ease it all over. About half my property is our parents stuff that needs to be sold. In time, I guess.

Today my priority is beer run and fresh food stocks. LOL. Away...must stay...away. LOL. I should get the chain saw out and go cut some wood. I should do a lot of things....

Shout out to Popgaget for getting his families affairs in order. Smart thing to do. I hope to do the same. Not putting my kids through what we have been experiencing this past year.

On the lighter side, looks like I will miss my real jobs XMas bash. The big guy does it right every year. Shout out to well run companies and smart people.

Looking so forward to the New Year. No fireworks yet...LOL...all is quite. Silent Night looms.

I see the "drones" in the sky this AM, flights are stacking up over on the horizon, Should be an interesting night tonight.

quite the surprise going out, more snow than expected, almost three inches in rear yard.
not enough for me to use snowblower though so i handshoveled walkways, out to garage and out to
mailbox, plus a large parking spot in front of house so guests could park in cleared area.
then I spread some of last years pet safe salt, which was pretty lumpy

and a snowman's true oh no....he had fallen over
so for five minutes I tussled with this 12 foot high bag of white until I got it upright again.
covered in snow when I was done but sort of fun too

am hoping sun will melt what is out there, though fairly cloudy today and temps stay cold

Good morning! 29˚F an un predicted freeze again. Heading to 60˚ with winds changing to Southerly and cloudless sky.

Central Texas has never had a white Christmas. A white Christmas is defined by having an inch of snow on the ground on Christmas morning, the snow falling on Christmas Eve or Christmas morning. We came close in 1929 when there was a dusting of snow and 1939 when there was still a little snow on the ground from 5 days before.

I get to wear my new denim jacket and checkered red cap (with ear flaps) this morning as this will be a nice dry (but cold morning) at the farm.

Outside chores done E muffin time.
Plans for today... 4 hours at part store,2 quick passing snowstorm left 3" snow so afternoon plow driveway clean walks steps,for nap stay up watch Tenn. vs Ohio football game,other than that nothing since yesterday was day

Good morning, the low is -8 and going to a high of 0°F. Wind NNW 8 mph. 30% chance of flurries.

I got all the bills paid yesterday, all 4 of them. They will get paid again at the end of January. Both of my goobermint pensions pay out near the 20th of the month in December. That just means that I have to stretch Decembers payment for 5 weeks instead of 4.

We got maybe 1/2" of snow yesterday and overnight. Junior might clean off the steps and deck later. We aren't expecting any company, so there is no need to clean them off.

Today is the you tube rabbit hole, for sure.

Morning all, 28 going to 32, snow approx 2.5" only about 2" more than predicted.
Did get driveway markers in and moved some stuff around, worked on table with plane.

Wife baked more cookies.

Still need to trim up more of the crape myrtles, maybe next week. Still need to bring up more firewood.

Play tonight at Bucks County playhouse, we have a pre-gathering here and then head into town.

Do hope things improve Fuddy- prayers sent.

Son got accepted into Pace U and got some pretty nice grant money too.

Happy for you and son Ken. Been up for a little while wife wants to go home waiting on mother who has been dead 22 years. Got done all we could do on city streets I think 8:30 was the time. Seven straight days of working has whipped me. No tree up too much fighting I have great aversion to fighting. When will this nightmare end?
God keeps me going with faith. I’m just not strong enough to commit her. Tried going to hospital three times,she ran off had to have local police find her twice. Presently leaving home mother is coming to get her then on Monday people from Roanoke College are moving her out. We haven’t seen any of them since 1978 wild isn’t it. If we go pick up medicine she screams out I’m stealing the money at the counter I’ve got to come up with solutions and quick. Do not mean to take up so much space sorry for that. Lots of people in far worse shape than me. Thanks for listening
