Good morning, the low is 22 and going to a high of 28°F. Wind W 6 mph. 30% chance of flurries.

I don't think I will be doing much of anything today. My get up and go got up and went without me.

Well, it is scheduled for mid December. My MIL is coming to stay for a while. She needs to close out her MD estate/business now that she relocated to FLA.

The more we sit in it, the more we want to rent out the entire farm and do something else. It would be a good home base while on travel.

I'll have to get some before and after shots up on TBN. It's been close to three years. Was like building a house all over again. I do have a FB album online, those interested can PM me and we can connect.

whole area from Buffalo almost to Cleveland still socked in.

looks like the first big storm of the year got away from them, cars started to stop and until the snowblowers came in,
no one was going anywhere

Buppies, Sassy likes new people and her grooming. When I pick her up she is all excited to have me back with her. She is my attack dog. If she gets close enough she will smother you with kisses. Ask Buckeye and his wife.

Our golden Sofi would run around in circles as fast as she could go. She like sassy never met a stranger unless you made an aggressive move towards Holly at which point she got in between them. I miss our dogs.

I'm close to the mouth of the Welland Canal on Lake Ontario.
I didn't watch the news last night.
Would never have known that was going on there.
But that is the snow belt off Lake Erie.

Did not get much done between rains, did go out to dinner.

Mostly , sorry you had to miss a day of visiting. Guess it's time to plan another road trip ? Feel better

Need to check and make sure heat is working in apartment and open some vents in garage where the water comes into the building.

Bil and wife over today for 2nd thanksgiving.

Had 2 helicopters buzz my house on way to neighbors yesterday, not happy. I think 20-30 feet above the trees might be a little low.

Successful trip to HD to replace freezer, boy what a mad house.
I need to pick up my tools from my area.

TDay turkey turns into soup today. My ever hopeful boys will be at my feet as I pick the bones.

Good Morning!!!! 64F back in Orcutt. Partly cloudy skies this morning will become overcast during the afternoon. High 68F. Winds WNW at 5 to 10 mph.

Hopelessly behind in the posts; hope you all had a wonderful T-Day!

We explored the section of CA1 south of the landslides that currently have the way north blocked. The idea was to ride our ebikes on T-Day where the blockage would discourage other traffic. But with no shoulder, short sight lines, and more traffic than we anticipated, we kept the bikes in the van and just visited a couple of beach spots, including a pretty campsite right on the water.

Today Home Depot delivered a new washer and dryer, but the dryer was badly dented and had to be sent back. The crew knew it was dented before they put it on the truck. Now I get to wait for another dryer and screw around with waiting for another delivery. Not gonna do that again.
