65°F and .07 inches rain Successful
Yesterday took and unwanted turn.
Apparently wrenched my back getting my tractor unstuck. By the time I finished my morning bike I could barely walk and the pain had spread across my back to left side. Hopefully just a coincidence and not a side effect of the Losartan BP meds. At this point this morning still there but less.

This aging thing has its challenges.
Hand & Foot this afternoon
Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day
Take it easy, I take about 4 ibuprofen to "break" the initial stiffness lock on my back when it happens.
Just heard my oldest brothers lymphoma has returned.
Sorry to hear, prayers they can treat it, and for divine healing.
Engine , new block is about $13,000, used would be 5000-8000, but was told not to bother as car is only worth 10K at best. We were hoping to get another 5 years out of it......
what kind of car? and what happened to the engine? Hate to see a car potentially worth 10K go to the dump.
Sometimes you can go on your own and find a wrecked one and buy the engine for a few thousand?
I was deer hunting yesterday afternoon and this wandered in. I don't have an Angus tag, so I let her walk...

Kinda skinny, but much better tasting than deerski.
The more I look into Medicare, the more confused I get because I'm hoping to work until age 72ish, (God willing). It says I have until 8 months after I quit my job to sign up for part B, but then I see a part where I will have to pay a penalty for late signup??? If it is 10% per year, that could be 70%? But I don't understand if I'm keeping my full insurance at work payed and there is no cost to "the system"....
Wifey just brought me a bowl of home made chicken and dumplings, thick like stew. Yummy.
Son played what I hope was his last football game last night. (Freshman). I had actually asked the coach to play him as backup, and it started that way, but then the primary running back got hurt and his mom took him off the field. Left the coach with no options other to play my son so much. When I asked the coach to play him less, it was because he had gotten his ankle/achilles hurt and was limping for a couple days after the previous game. Even though he was limping, the coaches did not pull him out of the game. Mad about that too. Was praying a lot for this last game to be injury free for him and both teams. Hope the primary RB is OK, he got his bell rung. My son had been 1st string RB and outside line backer for the whole season, not ever getting a rest hardly. I'm proud of him, as he would never ask to be taken out of the game himself.
Looking forward to his Tennis and Track season.
Howdy Buppies!
