I just got off the phone with the 'stroke clinic' at the hospital. I think they are praying that I have another one by the questions the woman was asking me over and over again.
I think after this I will tell them when they ask me any of the questions I have already answered many times, RTFN read the frigging notes!

They intentionally ask the same questions over and over again to make sure you answer them the same each time. If you can't, then they will investigate why. Yes, it's a PITA.

Decided to grill before the storm got here, and was able to beat it. Only .1" rain, just one of many cells happened to pass over us. Still thundering around.
Good supper with burgers, homemade baked beans, roasted potatoes and carrots. Some chocolate dessert is waiting... Will let supper settle a little first, had 2 burgers.

have been making rv reservations in Missouri, wanted to get all of them made through
the Labor Day period. I'll make the rest a month before.
lots of places turned me down for two and three night minimums

staying at Laura Ingalls Wilder campground in Mansfield MO, which is about three miles from
the Baker Creek seed company, which I want to visit just before getting to the campground.

edit: not good timing, Labor Day and they will be closed. oh well

had a nice home grown garden salad for dinner along with corn on the cob. Mighty good.

Been good day...took trimmer for 2 hour walk,clean critter area,inside pickup got good cleaning,made chicken nacho for dinner and got from Mrs.

I hear you...got somewhat the same treatment when I had my heart attack and in 14 years ago follow by coma.

Good (Tuesday) morning. Overnight Low of 5.4C and it's presently 18.0C, fairly clear & calm.

Due to the unseasonal 'warm' weather I decided to give myself a haircut yesterday = a #2 all over... I've never been one to have long hair; can't stand it touching my ears.

Anyway, today's plan is to do a tip run to recycle the wine bottles and then go to the hardware store to pick up some weather stripping to replace some that's 'come away'.

Billy good post, while many in the military are quick to point out it' not their day, most of the ways we normaly honor the dead is through the living, and military would be the closest family most of us will be.

Drinking cup of hot coffee. 54° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 67° rain in afternoon. Parade turned out very good. Weather held off until after parade. Sassy did her part watching all the people along parade route. Always amazes me how many people show up for out small town. Not plans for today yet.
