Morning all, 76 going to 82 and sunny.
More work on pool, now in good shape for use
Started upper deck PW and water hit the outlet on lower deck tripping breaker.
Waited for outlet to dry and just took a break instead, will do upper deck later.

Ordered new cable for pool cleaner. $180 is cheaper than a new one. 7 years in and so far doing well.

Wow Don, bidding wars - good deal!

Started to rain hard, ran out and closed the pool house windows, got back into the house and rain stopped a little late night run.

M7040 hope you iced the hand-hate burns.

Today will take the whole crew out on the lake. They just went to the children’s museum in Rutland for a couple of hours !

I need to make a dump run this morning, this crew produces a lot of garbage!

Dennis, I just thought the Ranger was the right tool for going up and down 800 ft of DW !

I got a USPS package yesterday. Must have gotten 10 emails about its delivery.

Maybe they are proud that they found one and can deliver it!

75F and sunny today. Going to troubleshoot the pasture irrigation. I flooded the lines with water, but only half of the sprinklers work. When I tried to open a sprinkler on the "other" side, it went whoosh and sucked air in. ???? Definitely something is not right!

Here's a puppy pix from yesterday's visit. They are 5 weeks old. I sat down and a few came over, curled up, and went to sleep.

65°F and .27 inches rain.

Sophie’s BX back in service, a few more hours mowing on the meter. I did learn something. The drive over, mid mount mower, take it off to change the blades. Thought I could manage by just elevating. Nope. Couldn’t get the middle blade torqued tight. No way to grasp the spindle that I found. So my attempt to save time failed as I had to remove anyway. Actually fairly easy and with the FEL, just flip up in place.
Cut like it was new.

Intend to finish mowing that area today.

Good morning! Low was 50°, heading to 78° this afternoon. The wind finally stopped gusting around 22:00 last night. Breezy this morning at 15-20 mph. Tomorrow is supposed to be very nice.

Mostly, that was about 2.5 years of sludge accumulation. Didn't think that much would accumulate, can't really see the bottom of the last lower section..... out of sight -- out of mind. It will get annual cleanings this point forward.....

Fritz, sorry to hear about the burn. Hopefully not too painful now.

Don, with all those available houses, your's must have been exquisite to sell so fast! And priced right too!

Glad I don't have to was off oodles of pollen out here.... I guess the wind keeps it at bay. If you touch a tree, it poofs all over, but nothing on the vehicles or stuff outside. We just get dirt......

Plowhog, those pups are adorable. You have to be getting excited by now... only a few weeks to go...

David, glad you got the blades changed. Hate it when a plan to save time works the opposite. Next time you will know better and it will easy....

L4N, don't push it too hard yet.... little steps... You don't want to visit the hospital again....

Paul, isn't it amazing how the little ones will tolerate cold pools? I remember our little ones shivering with blueish lips but still wanting to remain in the water.....

Scott, have fun out on the lake! I bet that water is COLD!

Nothing really on the agenda for today.... we were planning to transplant some lilacs, but will wait for the wind to die down tomorrow. Some piddling around will do.... I'm sure I can get into something.....
