44 and starry, going to 71 and sunny.
Finished up my chimney and woodstove cleaning and modifications. Probably would have fired up the woodstove earlier this week, if ready. Need to bring wood onto porch.

Last week when blowing leaves on steep bank step on round short limb under the leaves,next thing I knew backpack blower slap back of my head hard and left leg folded under right rear pocket
Monday blowing leaves trip over root sticking up just enough to tweak leg again 
plan on only flat ground leave control today.

Probably won't make it out there till tomorrow because of dr. appointment today. The first day of the sale kept changing until this week and I did not want to postpone the Dr. appointment since they were nice enough to squeeze me in today. The days were finally set with the newspaper adds Monday. Tomorrow is the only iffy day with 30% chance of rain.

This morning we go to Walgreens for flu and Covid booster!
Youngest son and DIL left for vacation, so we are watching 2 of our grands !
Hoping to cleanup Kathleen’s raised bed gardens !

Don, good you got early Dr appointment. I called mine yesterday for my annual physical, 3 months to get appointment.

Good morning, the low is 41 and going to a high of 50°F. Wind NNW 3 mph. 30% chance of showers.
The plumber is coming today to fix the sink drain. While he is doing that I will put the rest of the firewood inside.
I have a flat spot between two of the shelters that I am going to use for implement storage. The wood conveyor is already there, now to put the front mount blower in there and then the various buckets AND the back hoe.
Depending on how much the wind gets up later (after the plumber leaves) it might be a good day to cover the shelters with the tarps.I don't normally go to town two days in a row but I wanted the rotten meat out of the freezer and house.
Junior has a quack appointment today at 2.
Thomas and Don look after your knees. I know what knee pain is all about, I am in pain most days. There were some days last summer when I wished I could cut off both legs at the hips and just bum around the rest of my life. Now you know why I smoke so much hash, when I am not working or driving anywhere.
