Drew what is happening with the Hot Tub?

it's drained and stopped leaking
I'm staring at it, applying will power to correct the broken part.

I need to disconnect the whole pump assembly and take it apart. Plumber working down there now, coming back on Tuesday.
I think it's too heavy for me to pick up and carry up basement stairs.

had a fun time going down to the canal in New Hope, up went the drone, got some decent pics of the bridge
and then brought it back in. Only to find I had forgotten the memory card. Sigh.
Well, got some exercise.
need to watch youtube how to on return to home. I could not get the setup to pop up.

Mortgage rates hit 7.09 %. That's terrible for folks trying to buy a new home.

Drew on the screen you should have a button on the left you tap that and a window opens up with an option to "LandNow" and "Return to Home" hold that for a few seconds and it should work. DO NOT use Land Now of course.

FNG you might check out FreeVee. ‎Amazon Freevee: Movies/Live TV. I get it via Prime. Part of Amazon with older stuff but also some original stuff. Commercial are interesting, not only short but some different stuff from the usual bombardment.
