Not really. My guess would be a dual for the fan and compressor 35/5
I have a pretty good stock if you needed something on a weekend or other off time. Best to open it and look. There is also a cap on the fan on the air handler.
thanks
I already have a spare cap for air handler, that blew once.
ok, I'll turn the unit off, take my small Makita leaf blower out and take a pic of the capacitor, and blow
out any leaves and bugs in there. It's running fine, cheapest one they make, single speed and a company I've never heard of

No AC, either. But the climate is so temperate, very few houses have it. But that's another good reason to consider heat pumps...
are you closer to the water?
my sister's home in Muir Beach is almost 20 degrees cooler than "up top" and inland. 71 degrees there now. They never turn on the a/c...or rarely.

can any of you who speak fluent hvac suggest a replacement capacitor for this unit, without having to take off cover?
I'd like to keep one in stock. Comfortmaker
I thought it would be simple to look it up but it wasn't
regular
long run
dual run
?

such a cheap/bad SEER unit not allowed in Southwest US, found that interesting, or maybe that's a torture zone for ac's?
Poggadget is right. Can't really tell until you open it up. a few screws usually to open a cover, don't touch anything if power is on. Just observe, take a picture, use camera to zoom in on your photo to read the numbers. Good to buy the new contacts too.

Was going to ask what cam system you went with, David, but I see now it is the Eufy. I'm starting over again at the new place, and am leaning away from the Unifi stuff. I tried a pair of early Eufy, which at the time I don't think integrated with HomeKit. Now that they do, maybe I'll take another look.

The Protect stuff from Unifi works well when it works, but all too often it doesn't. Probably half of the issue is the Starlink connection, but they also generate a tremendous amount of traffic on the LAN, and that slows everything down. Could probably do with less than 14 cams, so again, partly my fault...

Yup, Eufy 2c Pro with Homebase2 for a number of reasons.

Decent reviews multiple sites.
Potential for HomeKit, but so far haven’t and I may not. Could upgrade to Homebase 3 which currently isn’t HomeKit compatible, but might be, but offers more capability.
Wireless connectivity. No way I was going to run ethernet cable, especially not know exact locations.
Cameras are 180 day battery but also can be solar which I opted to do.
Costs: if I went with Unifi then needed UDM just to start.
Prime Day made choice even simpler. Just under $300 for 3 camera setup and the PV.
Already expanding by getting and indoor cam and still under $350.

successful
took off top after getting right power driver size, zipped them off, and wow what a lot of
crud in the bottom. 20 feet from pine trees, quarter inch of pine crud, dirt on bottom after only three years.
Blew that all out. Cleaned off fins gently.
turned off unit at thermostat.
pulled outside breaker
touched nothing
good for another couple of years
a/c now running nicely

14 bucks for generic Chinese, 22 bucks for Capcom/Gentec/old GE/Mexico, and 34 bucks for made in US
I bought the Gentec/Capcom as a spare

45+5 uF 45/5 MFD ±6% 370V/440VAC CBB65 Dual Run Circular Start Capacitor for AC Motor Run or Fan Start or Condenser Straight
This is what comes up when I looked. I found manuals, wiring diagrams etc. but you probably need to open the panel to see it.
