My garden sunflower is still growing. It is now at nine feet.

I was worried about the heat today at work but it was not too bad because of a stout Southerly breeze. I think I tolerated the 98˚F temps well.

GM UPDATE update:

The rest of the scaffold parts are scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday.

so if you are in Appalachia, expect hail, high winds, torrential rains. . .

I am so hoping to be done climbing on my scaffolding by Wed.

Coffee has finished brewing. 59° with mostly cloudy skies. Heading to 70° with clouds and some rain. Need rain badly. Did some trimming of trees and shrubs on property line. Need to pick them up today. Watch some NASCAR in afternoon.
