I was reading about a virus called HMPV. It is supposed to have symptoms similar to Covid. Apparently it is going around. Something laid my daughter low last week but she tested negative for covid.

Sometimes it seems sales is dead and the former salesmen are order takers. They better watch out 'cause computers can do that and do it better.

It is disconcerting how messed up things are. We need to get it together.

Another car crash in our county with 3 people dead doing what looks like hill jumping on small road near Union Bridge ending up jumping over berm and ending up in a quarry 220 ft deep

Another day of painting ahead, the white wood structure of the living room box. A bit larger than yesterday’s Suites box and more height, 10ft walls vs 8.

Good Morning KilroyJC,
No I bought new shoes along with cast iron drums, very expensive ! But I was not comfortable driving the car with the way the brakes performed ! I really needed to anticipate my stops well in advance, not fun ! I never drive the car faster than about 45 mph, but even so, it can get exciting very quick !

Its a fun car to own, but it can get expensive very quickly ! I would love to put a new Burtz motor in it, but I think it would be cost prohibitive for someone retired like myself, at least until I win the lottery !

For the amount of time I drive the car, a few car shows, and maybe an ice cream run occasionally, it mostly sits in the garage ! Also gets some lawn ornament work along with my 1949 Farmall Super A !

I had a 1970 AMC Ambassador Wagon, 4wheel manual drums… you had to book appointments with red lights!

The Bernise dog is going out because the owner is allergic to it. He paid lots of money for it and now have to give it up.

Saw an animal down at the barn this morning that could look like a Fisher. It for sure was not a groundhog or Raccoon. It was playful and made some small jumps. It was the size of a large cat. It was too far to take a picture but looked like this picture.

Looks like a Jaguarundi. We had a few on our place, very elusive.
