Happy Birthday, Mrs Phil.
i think this came from the Groan 4 thread ... that is a skillMy Dad was amazing at spotting tools on the side of the road, likely misplaced by someone working on their car and finally bounced out of its hiding place. He would slam on the brakes and say something like, "That looks like a 3/8"-7/16" box-end wrench!". Most of the time he was right as to what it was including the size. Funny, your story reminded me of that. Thanks!
I've been there - (no tablet though) I am still trying to find a flip phone with voice texting appCan't hold my tablet and typing is very slow so might have a break for a few days.
we had that dusting yesterday, I may need to take the tractor out. but I have too much office work for right now (bookkeeping), so I may leave it to nature's melt ... supposed to be 3C tomorrow ... it WILL meltyou know you are Canadian when 8 inches of snow is a "dusting"
lately mice and rats in the garage. Victor wooden snap traps are effective also. Peanut Butter topped with a raisin pressed in (they can't free the raisin)... some of those rodents are smart enough to lick the peanut butter clean away, but the raisin winscheese or peanut butter for the bait?
what do you all use?
some critter has to die for this assault on PJ's electronics.![]()

that's where I'm at also.I think today will be an energy conservation day.
I always think that their accents give them away, nice, friendly Canadians, from the east coast. The dogs are cool too.I saw two Newfoundlands run out of the hangar next to me. Very friendly and well behaved.
