54 outside this AM, heading to upper 70's.

Roofers starting at 8AM. Yippie.

This issue with repairs has been since a March storm.

Hope all have a great day today. Be safe.

good morning all
nice day, cool morning, high in lower 80's, can't complain about that.

not sure what I'm doing today. Need to give away some more tomatoes.
might go to church to do a little door painting, might be tomorrow also.
First project is to install that bidet seat.

that two inch rain here was wonderful, everything looks green and happy. Good thing since 10 day outlook is very dry
and fair.

RS, how many pounds of squash so far?

Nice day high 79F . I was looking into diverting the water flow from the basement of the log cabin into the little pond to raise the water level. The flow from the cabin originates from a natural spring that flows steady year round and flows under the driveway in a pipe that I can extend with some digging to go into the pond.

Good Morning!!!! 59F @ 4:30AM. Partly cloudy skies. High 79F. Winds S at 5 to 10 mph.

One thing I've never seen mentioned with regards to a bidet, Drew. How do you dry yourself off?

Easy job for a backhoe, Frits. How deep do you need to go to get below the frost line?

New brake fluid up front, found a couple loose fasteners while I was washing it, otherwise the bike is all loaded and ready to go. 40s for lows, 70s for highs. Good camping weather, but it'll take a little getting used to after the super hot weather the past few months.

Happy Hump Day!

...

Air dry of course!

On the serious side now, really, serious...

I wish I kept the bidet in our old farmhouse. When the wife had her major spine revision, twisting to cleanse yourself is an issue. Matter of fact, anyone with back issues knows that tweak and pain of certain movements. And taking care of yourself is not as easy as it sounds.

Good Morning
It’s 57 out and not supposed to make it to 80 today under clear skies and low humidity.

Woke up to the sound of them harvesting sod in the field next to me.
Yesterday’s visit with the FAA went very well, with 4 inspectors going through my records and asking questions, they came up with no findings.
Got my tickets squared away, had a nice lunch on the patio and then spent the rest of the day in the shop.
Started building the first speaker in quite a while, it’s likely to be the last one for a while as well. Drivers are hard to get and Baltic Birch is impossible. This is all material that I had on the rack.

There was a plastic tab on the extension of my miter gauge for the table saw that has been broken off for a long time, I use it for making repetitive cross cuts. So I made a new aluminum one. Should have done that a long time ago.

Today will start with breakfast with the professor, then to the shop to continue with the speaker, and for the first time in quite a while I m going to hook up the Progressive mower, call the grandson, and mow. It’s amazing how fast it greened up after a few days of rain.

I think it will be a couple of feet deep but it will never freeze up because it always flows. I will use the

excavator to do the digging

50°F and clear skies this morning, going up to 86° today. Weather widget on the iThingie now says 95° for Monday and Tuesday.

I'm guessing that your pond won't hate a steady infusion of fresh spring water, Frits. Our is strictly runoff from the pasture.
Nice-looking place you have.

Good morning, gents.

you need to get a little dirt on those treads Fritz! Nice looking mini. (y)

back from Volvo dealer where they replaced the tow hook cover on my bumper that had simply fallen off.
They covered it completely. Also told me it was a waste of money changing oil in these cars with full synthetic in less
than 10k miles. I'll probably do it a little sooner than that.

DR driveway grader came in, hard to believe they had one driver unload a 140 pound box from the truck.
I have to go get my hand cart to get it to garage, see how complicated it is to put together.
