Been good day and the weather comfortable compare to last weekend,got lot puttering completed.

While doing walk about side field came upon about 20'x20' area where turkeys have scrape remove all grass on the knoll...dirt bathing spot...also notice bobcat tracks,place game cam see what happens.
Couldn't locate game cam guessing bear thought it was more interesting than I.

Well guess time to put on my best rags and comb the old brush pile date night soon...than slow country ride afterwards.

RS sorry for your loss.

I found out yesterday a friend had passed away from cancer. Around my age. She used to baby sit our oldest. They used to live near AT and her husband and I would hike together.

I forgot to add, I have a hose reel in a box, been sitting on shelf over 20 yrs now. About time I got it up.

Taking a break from mowing with Sophie’s BX. Really appreciate the stability on slopes. Much better than any of the other mowers or my LS. I think it’s attributable to the added 4 inch wheel spacing and the filled tires. Found that one particular slope that was always mowed going downhill can also be mowed going up as well as a couple of passes laterally - real time saver. Looks better too.

I will, that was a test fit. I put the original pieces back for now, held by 1 screw. Need to go out and start priming, but wife wants me to grill burgers later and don’t think I have time to start.
I also found a wasps nest just inside I need to spray.

all kinds of cool cars driving about, baby blue 62 Corvette convertible just went by, older couple out for a spin.

I did get panels primed, but not painted. Need to go put things away. I’m too tired to mess with paint tonight.

And snagglepuss lying down on the job, didn’t help me paint.

I can relate, Dennis. A good day mowing, still got the thin areas to get with the scag (36 vs 60 deck). The boys were very attentive, but just observationally.
