68F and cloudy @ 10:30, headed up to a high of around 74F for the day. Thunderstorms likely (80% chance) this afternoon. LWS reports 0.17" of rain since midnight, no precip reported yesterday.

Will be headed up to the shop in fairly short order to work on the Kubota.

Other than that, not much to report.

Good morning to all! Low was only 56°, already at 72°, going up to 92°. Sunny and light breezes. Slight chance of a T-storm late and again tomorrow.

Mostly, no additional trips to the bathroom after all the water, actually I think less than normal. I really think I was dehydrated. Feel much better today so far.
Didn't do much yesterday after finishing with the dog food. Just relaxed and kept filling up the tank.

Drew, are you getting any royalties? Does your brother print / publish the books?

Kyle, hope you get a chance to play.... ehhh... I mean learn, the new machines.

Ken, landscaping looks nice. I like the brick pathway. Park setting for sure!

Going to get started early on getting those few plants into the containers. Not going to push it in the heat. I may try to work in the shop, at least it would keep me in shade and there are fans to keep cool. Yeah... that sounds like a plan!

I noticed yesterday that there were utility flags marking locations going down the entire road. YIPPEE! They are finally running the fiber optic line! We are going to get cheap reliable internet service! They offer packages almost as fast as Starlink.... but without the upfront costs.

Enjoyed a leisurely ride up the Hamakua coast late yesterday morning with wife and the furry kids. Lunch in Waimea topped off by a Blizzard at DQ. Back in time for Zoom Happy Hour.

Will try to be more productive today.

I've never starred in a book before, but the BIL who did my avatar here has made a second children's book for his grandchildren.
His creativity using limbs as tractor or loader parts is really fun.
On my avatar I was the loader. Now I have very long legs and good feet.
BIL has never owned a tractor, but he knew by now he had to have a weight box in back.
book is about tractors and construction equipment coming to life and doing a good deed.

Well where can we buy it?
My children are producing children that are learning to read.

new Club car raised electric golf cart is 14k. wow
looking for something half that, maybe used, definitely electric and raised with off road tires.
Lot of no names out there, electric units typically pretty reliable but if you can't get parts,
it's just not worth the cheap price. And not even cheap either...

maybe I'll look in Craigslist, good thing to research on a rainy afternoon. Can't be more than 58" wide, 115" long.
