LS,

Have a Simpson PW which I got from TSC, has a Honda engine.

I used it a bit after I first got it and then it sat parked in the basement for around 8 years. Drained the old gas and stuck some fresh in and it started right up last year.

Have been pretty happy with it.

Kyle thanks for the link to the realtor. I will look further into their site this evening. You are correct in the crazy increases in land values. I am hoping (but doubtful) that prices may come back down to more reasonable levels over the next year or so.
I've been watching long enough now so that I recognize properties when their prices change, and I'm seeing a fair number of price reductions. All those rising prices are pushing people out of the market, so maybe sales will slow until things get back to more realistic levels. That's how it's supposed to work, anyway.

68°F and .48 inches rain.

Not sure what I’ll get into today, probably clean up of some sort, a rich environment.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

spent the last half hour doing an excel spreadsheet of my families plots in church graveyard.
When my Mom died in 1971 my Dad bought 8 plots for the whole family. I think they were 300 bucks apiece back then,
big gift to family. Except I thought it was six and caretaker gave me a copy of original graveyard plot plan showing two more available than I thought.
So I drew the layout on excel and shipped it off to siblings. I'm all set, my monument is in the ground waiting for an end date. It's the remaining siblings who have to
expel or get off the pot. Sign up now for all eternity. Free with perpetual care. A big gift to family. This means there's enough room for brother and SIL plus their son and family.

I'm the only one who really knows what is going on so I had to make sure they were well versed on their options. Now it's their problem.
Kinda nice knowing exactly where I'm going to wind up and it's a quiet spot in a very old Quaker graveyard. Behind my parents and grandparents.
Next to a noisy road. Maybe in a next life I'll get on the township planning board and divert the trucks and motorcycles off that road.

Martha, I have to tell you, a ghost came to me last night and specifically said I had to get the big trucks and loud motorcycles off Durham Road.
Well Bill, if you say it was a real ghost, guess you'd better do just that.

I can't have a lot of noise because of the intercom my old friend Bill H. put in, since we are about thirty feet away from each other. He passed last year, and it was a string and
two Campbell tomato soup cans. No amplification, why we need some peace and quiet.

Let's all live to be 100 and make our doctors rich.

Good explanation on pressure washers, Paul. My Ryobi electrics are only 1.2 gpm I think, but the Simpson I’m looking at 3.5 possibly 4 gpm. I don’t want to have my water pump running constantly when using. As the gpm rises so does the $$. The low gpm is still adequate for surface cleaning my concrete and washing vehicles. I will be using one of those long extension arms with the Simpson rather than a ladder.
The quality pump is a feature of the Simpson.

most popular power washer pump suppliers, including Annovi Reverberi (AR), Hawk, General Pump, Cat Pumps, Comet

AR is old line Italian pump maker, they also make low cost powerwashers, General is usually pro grade as is Cat. My 4000 psi unit had a Cat pump.
I don't know much about Comet. Are ceramic seals a plus?
Learned long ago putting antifreeze in them over winter was really important after I wrecked a nice Cat pump. Never again. Always put the unit away with some name brand, I think Briggs,
antifreeze and pump lube in the system to let it overwinter with.

I always dreamed of a heated water/steam pressure washer to get all that grease off instead of just smearing it around.
I also learned that if you aren't careful using it on machinery you can drive the water into the bearings which clearly is not good.

I had a commercial grade power washer wand extension for doing the second floor of my home in NC. Fully charged under higher pressure, it was too heavy for me to handle.
My much larger fireman friend was even tired by it. Just know you need strong arms for these things. And the more you crank up the pressure, as any fireman knows, the more that line
will fight you.

see page 48 of the Radian manual
“Forcing All Slaves to be Active:
All slave inverters can be made active to defeat the Power Save function. This is strongly recommended when stacking GS4048A inverters.
To force all slaves to be active, set Master Power Save Level to twice the number of slave inverters in the system. For example, if there is one master and one slave, Master Power Save Level should be set to 2. If two slaves are present, Master Power Save Level should be set to 4.
NOTE: Make certain the Slave Power Save Level settings remain lower than this number. The default setting is 1.”

This is just a setting in the Mate 3. I’m assuming the contractor didn’t lock you out via password.

I have also heard that some batteries don’t respond well to quick surges. Hope this isn’t your case. Might want to check with the battery manufacturer if possible.

Dead battery on ZT. Seems last person to use it forgot to turn key all the way off (usually take it out and hang it up). That would be me.
Ranger is parked in front of it. Got charger on it now. Still haven’t got truck started. Guess I’ll drag extension cord up to it next.

Wood boring bees buzzing me up on my porch swing.
