33F snowing ending around midnight.
Gallon gas went another 10 cents over night 30 cents in 3 days...$4.39 gallon.
Busy day...dump run,critter food stops,build temp mailbox stand put in place,service and tuck away pickup snow plow until next winter.
No plans this evening other than feet up.

Didn’t hear back from real estate agent yet..
I think this will sell quick, although current pics show trees has grown up a good bit since google photo. Google shows it mowed, pics show lots of small trees growing. Apple Maps shows it getting overgrown. Owners live above culpeper va. Another 20 acre lot behind it, totally woods. That owner likes in Yorktown.
This one is almost 16 acres. On a ridge going up the mountain, not flat but looks like ridge top is flat.

They have a special glue and fill in with mortar. That glue is amazingly strong.
Think 3 or four small steel pins would stop it from twisting over time.
Tile place will have the glue and anything else you need.
Seems like this would be a bit under $40.
Lost power for an hour or so, PECO fixed it pretty quick. Generator is getting a work out though.
