Good morning!!!!

77F and partly cloudy @21:45, headed down to a low of 71F.

Nice breeze out there before I came in, very pleasant.

Hopper feeder, one sunflower tube, and nyjer feeder refilled earlier, along with one suet feeder.

Plants in raised bed garden watered.

Did manage to get a couple of bars of Irish Spring out of the hall closet, but didn't get any further than that on handling the four-legged bandits.

Too windy to spray, so worked on removing pile of topsoil in upper front:

Hauled it down to the barn, using it to fill on the south side to enlarge the pad, also 5 bucketloads over to the creek crossing/culvert project:

Be nice to get that filled in and leveled out.

Screened some compost as well, along with hauling the weeds over to the compost from the topsoil pile.

Started clearing out area inside second circle, dumped two bucketloads of screened soil in there.

Used the rest of the water in the buffalo to give two oak trees a good drink.

Forgot to check sparrow trap on way back in though.

Clock on the Cub is at 85, Kubota 2320.

Just fed downstairs fish, one S. fryeri female is holding again. The fry from April (?) are about 1" now.

Hope everyone had a great day ... (y)

Are they wild Bison? Are they dangerous things?

Mowed my last paddock today. (again) I thought I was done for the year but the grass hasn't stopped growing this Winter.

Coffee is done brewing. 70° with light rain this morning. Heading to 83° with scattered thunderstorms throughout the day. .51" of more rain overnight. The big storms missed us. Got a little bit cleaned up in shop yesterday. But no surface finishing done. Hope to get some of that done today.

yesterday's beets and squash picked from a very overcrowded garden. Am going to double the size next year, basically buy another one of the cedar raised garden kits and then
plant the same amount of veggies in twice the area. That should do it. Turned off the electric fence a week ago and the deer walking through the back yard have kept away.

Good Morning
73 going past 90 today.

Made leisurely progress in shop yesterday, got a call from restaurant that a Bain Marie wasn’t cooling, so ran down there and got them going again. Son recruited me and the Makita pole saw for a bit of trimming, I’m impressed with how fast it cuts. Filled the car and some Jerry cans with gas at the grocery store, got .30 off per gallon with their shopping points. The bad part is that they limit it to 20 gallons. The Prius usually takes about 8, so I put 4 in each of 3 cans. Makes them a little bit lighter……

This morning I’ve got to go to Martha’s Vineyard, waiting for their visibility to improve in fog. We need a half mile, it’s a 1/4 now, but forecast to improve.
When I get back, I’ll box up a couple of speakers to go to FedEx tomorrow.

Paul, fly safely today. Somebody local has a big field finish mower for sale. Yours is likely nicer.
