Got call today from wildlife rehab  wanting to know if I would be interested in part time job helping,I couldn't give answer until I talk it over with Mrs. this evening and call back tomorrow...lot to think about.
Sounds interesting!

At the park they were taking pics for national volunteer day. You held up a sheet of paper stating your reason for volunteering. Mine said:
"WHAT ? WE'RE NOT GETTING PAID!"

When I get home this afternoon, think I'll do a bit of tractor work...stuff I was going to do last weekend but the ground was still too frozen. The chore is to drop the snow blower off the tractor and rig the chipper to the 3PH. I can, hopefully, get that trigger loosened up on my EGO chainsaw on Saturday morning and start some trimming in the afternoon. Sunday forecast is for rain, so I'd like to get done what I can before that
Snow blower is stowed, chipper is rigged to the 3PH.
Also, had a chance to try out the hitch assist I'd described in a previous post...pretty cool, but it all depends on how well the tractor is aligned to the implement...
Anyway, that's done except for putting the chipper's PTO driveshaft on.

Ate a tasty salad for dinner...sipping on a beer...

I still haven’t done anything about a UTV and they still have the Coleman at TSC, still don’t have the COA, and still won’t sell it on a Bill of sale.

Ellen and I have an appointment tomorrow afternoon to see this Studebaker Champ, factory 289(Stude not Ford), and 4 speed. Has modern EFI on it. Cool and unique.

55 and misty going to 77, maybe a shower.

Prayers for your wife, Mostly.

Randy, coool Studebaker. Hope it works out.

Thomas, job sounds interesting. You'd be great at it.

Mowed about 3 acres on the zero yesterday. Weather really changed while I was mowing, from cloudy and high humidity to a crisp north breeze.

Good morning, 51°F right now and going up to 72. Wind E 11 mph. 30% chance of showers.

I got the new wood conveyor fired up yesterday and oiled the chain with used the motor oil that was supposed to go to the dump last year. I have a little customising to do to it in order for it to work for me. That will get done sooner or later. There is no hurry as it isn't needed until this fall.

Income taxes all done and sent in, the accountant isn't paid yet, he knows he will get his money, when I get mine. As usual, I got money coming back. 4 digits to the left of the decimal point. I use that for start up money for my summer of work and repairs to the house.

The spring melt for me is going great. The sump pump is only running every 2 minutes. Normally it runs every 15 seconds.

Today I am not sure what I will get up to, but you can be guaranteed it wont be much. Might do the customising on the conveyor, might sharpen blades on the two mowers, then again might not. It all depends on the rain.

check; PM answered.

Have a safe day all

53 right now...high in the mid-70's.

First thing will be a dump run, then see if I can get the chain saw trigger moving freely. Still need to lubricate and rig the chipper's PTO driveshaft to the implement and tractor
Although the forecast hadn't called for it a day ago, might see some rain this morning...not much, but that might squelch tree and branch trimming this afternoon...we'll see...
