My favorite boat picture of my late wife Nadene, with the biggest grin on her face, after polishing off a bushel of crabs on the back deck of our boat in St. Michaels. I picked the freshly steamed crabs up at the Crab Shack there, and didn't like ripping the bodies apart. She utterly adored it. What a look of contentment. Her cancer didn't arrive for several more years and this was a wonderful time in our lives.

That’s a great memory, I recall meeting the two of you years ago.

My supply of N95 masks is such that I'd like to purchase more, and they are now available. The bad news is that the ten 3M masks that used to cost fifteen dollars are now selling for sixty-five. And a full face respirator is going for a similarly inflated price, too.

I'm getting low on nitrile gloves. For a while I couldn't get them at all. Now I can find them but the price is up to $27/100. Who is in charge of keeping an eye on price gouging?

what an eye opener, will definitely affect my food shopping tomorrow. Surprised how down he was on white meat, chicken, fish, instead of harping on red meat.
Glad I'm taking turmeric and curcumin already, and trying to eat as many blueberries as possible.
instead of burger in fridge, I had a sweet potato, cup of vegan black bean soup, which is very filling and then will have an apple and a couple of baby oranges for dessert.

pretty sure my stroke was caused by plaque build up in artery in brain. Makes me wonder about the rest of my circulatory system, maybe plaque came in from somewhere else and got lodged, cutting off oxygen and bye bye brain cells.
Lots of information on different cancers, what causes them, what foods hurt and what helps.
The good news is how quickly our body will heal itself if we just eat healthier foods.

Got off work a little early, decided to mow as soon as I got home. Just did front and close to house in back, not the field.
Rain is still just south of us, we might not get much.
MIL called and said it was pouring down there, so we cancelled our weekend visit to spread topsoil for her.

I had a hard enough time spending $20k for a camper, $400k for a boat isn’t even in my thought process.
