rswyan- That's a great recipe. It reads to be great eats. I am happy to read that you were able get fresh rosemary.
We eat a lot of lamb and dried rosemary does not cut it = I keep two rosemary plants. I keep them under grow lights in my cellar garden all Winter and replant them the following Spring. Mine are going back to the garden tomorrow. Another nice rosemary recipe is rosemary encrusted baked potatoes. Fresh rosemary is best, but dried rosemary will work with this dish.
I spent the morning taking out trip hazards in one of my walking paths. I've been tripping over these tree/sapling stubs on my walking path for years; I do not think that I'll miss them. My new hedge trimming attachment is really sharp.
I cut myself removing the scabbard. It worked as expected.
Tomorrow I'll be taking out the branches that I've been ducking under for the same time period with the pruning saw attachment.
