Good Experience with Best Buy

Tv to cameras yet to have problem w/Best Buy standing behind what they sell...Best Buy really shouldn't put the comfortable recliners in front of tv demo's.

I like Best Buy. My complaints with them are with their pricing and when they have a price on the interenet and not selling me the same item for that price in the store.

I recently needed a new computer and went to Best Buy to see what they had. My computer was dead, so I used their desplay model to surf the interenet and research different brands. Turned out that Lenovo was a good brand and the price they had for it was also very good, so I bought it!!!

Kinda wish I'd watched that, but I didn't. The story in your link indicates that maybe Best Buy has too many big stores. I think the same thing applies to Sears, J.C. Penney, Home Depot, and several others. Maybe it's just because I live so close to Dallas and we have several of each of those within 10-15 miles.

The story was kinda slanted that way......too much overhead from brick and mortar stores.

The BB CEO however said he looked at every customer who came into a store as an opportunity.

Have to keep in mind that anything on CNBC is slanted in some way.
