2005 TC45DA
As many have done in the past, I want to thank all you for your valuable insight on the pro's and con's of purchasing a tractor. Deciding on the color was the easy part. Deciding on what type of tractor to purchase was far more difficult.

Decision time.........I purchased a new TC54DA. This includes; FEL (16LA), 48"pallet forks, 75"snowblower(hydraulic), one extra remote, grill guard and loaded tires.
In addition I preached to the salesperson to get online with tractorbynet, so they can be as informed as I was on the tractor!!!

It gets delivered on Friday, so I will be playing in the dirt like my grandson, by noon! Bring on the snow!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am lookig forward to sharing experieces with all of you and maybe assisting the newbies to come, with their Q&A's.

Thanks

STEVE

BlueCanuck,

Congratulations & well done !! You will definitely LOVE your new toy ! Had me going with that model number until I read PineRidge's response. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

We will need side, front, rear & if you can get them, elevated shots of your new side kick. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Welcome to the Blue Team.

Mike, you'll have to forgive BlueCanuck for his mental gymnastics. He was choosing between a used 12x12 TC55 and the essentially new TC45DA. I'm not surprised that his model numbers got "mixed." /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I think he will love his TC45DA, and just as importantly, his wife will love it too. She did not want to figure her way through 12 gears, a clutch, and... etc. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif There are two truths in the universe: 1. Dogs like trucks. 2. Women like hydros.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

More like....1. Women like trucks. 2. Dogs like hydrants.

My wife said to me just the other day that maybe I should teach her how to operate the 40D. I quickly added that the hydro was just to darn hard to learn to use. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif The comment has worked well so far.

Thanks folks for the intro to tractorbynet! Jim was right on the money. I was struggling between the TC45 & the TC55...so I thought I would take a little of both!

I really did buy a TC45DA /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif..........I think??

Good for you. I am ashamed to admit....
I lost my tractor time many months ago.

The good news is, she is on board to get another tractor! So you all cannot bust on me too much....
