Global Style Attachment Blank

I have an old set of pallet forks that I'd like to adapt for my Global Style front end loader. Is it possible to buy a blank, weld-on bracket that fits this style of attachment? If so, where? I'm in NW Pennsylvania.

Do you mean a universal skidsteer mounting plate?

That's almost what I'm looking for, but I have a "global" style attachment, not a skidsteer style. The global is more common (from what I gather) on large Ag tractors and in europe. Mine is a JD 5203.
