Gary, your friend is either very rich which I doubt since he's complaining about the price for service or quite stupid. Yearly service is nothing more then checks of fluids and perhaps some greasing, I change fluids (myself) based on hours used not on a calender. Are you sure this guy was'nt in for new tires all around? Rat
