GIL-39032B Rototiller Belt Help

Had to replace both belts on my Mongomery Wards GIL-39032B because they both broke. Ordered some replacement belts and did find belt diagrams but the drive belt just does not look right to me. it almost looks like it needs to be turned inside out. The pulley that is on motor shaft is to narrow for the belt to ride in, I did take pictures before I took the drive bely off and it was running with the skinny side running to the outside. Here is a picture that I downloaded off of the web, if you look at the back belt, it looks like it is runnining with the skinny side of the belt to the outside.

Boy, I thought this was a HELP FORUM, guess I was wrong.
