Getting parts - how quickly?

Didn't kioti just open a second warehouse on the west coast? I remember reading something about it, but I'm not 100% sure. Maybe the Great people from Wallace can shed some insight.

I haven't had any issues with parts, except the wrong one ordered. But it was usally only a few days.
