Getting Close to 50 HR Service CT335

Hi all just called my dealer and checked prices on filters and oil. Here is what he told me Engine oil 15w-40 buy anywhere Bobcat filter $7.70. Hydrostatic filter $77.60 Hydraulic Filter $23.77 Hydrostatic fluid Bobcat $44.05 for 2.5 Gal jug and he said gear oil 80w-90 for front axle from anywhere.I have a CT 335 Tractor does this sound about right? or has everyone els crossed filters and oil to some where els cheaper? Any and all info will be appreciated. Thank You Vince

I own a Bobcat CT235 and I did my 50 hr service last October. Prices were as follows:

Oil Filter 9.48
O Filter 14.17
Hyd Filter 37.71
Hyd Oil (2.5 gal) 53.12

These prices are Canadian (Alberta)

Your Hyd filter seems out of line!

Autoparts store here were $7 on oil filter for my 230. But Air filters were more than the Bobcat dealer at about $50 for just outer

I just took my CT335 in for in for it's 50 hrs service. The dealer here actually works the price of the 50 hr service into the sale price of the tractor. He wants to be sure that service is done and done properly and if during the service any other problems are detected that would be covered under warranty they get taken care of at this time. At first I wanted to do the service myself, but gave it some thought and decided in the long run it might save me a bunch of warranty hassles by letting the dealer do the service. I'm curious if any other dealers have taken this approach.

The quote for my CT230 is $168 for the 50 hour service.

Well went into my dealer bought everything except 80w/90 gear oil to do 50 hr service. He gave me a 10 % discount because i had bought my tractor from them guess thats better then nothing.

So what was the total damage? I'll be staring down that same barrel by the time the garden goes in.

Milkman it was $345.00 out the door for 11.1 gals hyd oil both filters , motor oil 6 qts and filter. I had the 80w-90 gear oil at home. I didnt think it was to bad the 1 hyd filter must be made out of gold.

Ouch! What would dealer charge for the 50 hour service including the oil/filters, etc?
