hello everyone...gravelman here from Massachusetts....i am trying to get accross a field that has one wet section, about 12 feet wide....afraid to try it. Is there anything out there that could be laid down...besides plywood , to try and get accross without sinking out of site....yes, i could wait for dryer conditions but i dont want to....takes too long. i have R4 tires on my Massey Ferg 1652.... bucket on front...6 foot rotary cutter on rear. im trying to mow this pasture. Check out your local gravel pit or concrete supplier for old lengths of wide conveyor belt. They'll probably be glad to get rid of them. The belts will help spread out the load (like a rubber tracked skid steer).

I'd echo the corduroy road solution.

Had a low, soft spot that I had to traverse when mowing shooting lanes. By coincidence I also had a pile of old treated 8' timbers from a landscape renovation.

Laid them crossways in the low spot and marked each edge with a 6' t-post (weeds get 4-5' deep).

Solved a disposal issue for the timbers, and also a "stuck" issue for the tractor. I just have to slow down and ease my way through...
