Tie to the house ground rod (with a GOOD, CLEAN connection)! Since no ground is a true perfect ground, you stand far less chance of making a potential difference between them.
Another EE weighing in -- the other guys are right from a theory perspective, but NEC is aimed at when something goes wrong and what you assumed was connected/non current carrying/etc. isn't.
Field power setups at 29 Palms used to show as much as 60v AC difference between grounds until we started tying them all together with #2AWG. The light bulbs didn't care, nor did the coffee pots, but the comm guys tore their hair out and the CG wasn't fond of the tingle when he touched the wall of the CP van ...
