First, welcome to TBN. Second, please don't use all caps. It is considered shouting on the internet, and is harder to read! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Just use the caps for emphasis.
It will also help if you fill out your profile, click on My Home at the top of the page, then on personal settings and fill out the info.
Is your CK30 HST? If so, it's not necessary to put it in neutral, but for safety, it should be. If it's gear, your range, shuttle or gears should be in neutral so that you don't get any surprises.
The brakes should also be locked down tightly in park.
A toothbar is used for a multitude of things. It will help you to dig out rocks, and to get them into the bucket, but to get large ones out, you may have to use the backhoe to dig them out, and then the toothbar to help you get them into the loader if they're not too large and heavy for the loader's capacity.
If they are really large, you may be able to fashion a drag, something you can put the rocks on or into and then drag them with the tractor. An old car hood is pretty good for that. Just fashion it so that you can hook up a chain to it with a little frontal lift when pulling, it will slide across the ground.
A service manual can be ordered from your tractor dealer. Get the parts and service manuals for best results.
Also, be sure to read your entire owner's manual. There is a lot of useful information in there.
