Gen49D Fuel Additive

I read some info about this diesel fuel additive (Gen49D) on another forum. It sounded impressive and better then Stanadyne that I have been using. Expensive @ $17.00 per 12oz bottle
The same manufacturer makes a grease called "Thixogrease". Also pricey @ $15.00 per tube.
Anyone out there have any further experience or knowledge about these products?

I've never heard of Power Up before. Their claims may be true, but the ASTM load testing for the gresase was not very impressive. Almost every one of TRC's greases will out perform that Thixogrease with its 70 lbs Timken OK Load rating. So will many of the box store greases that you can get for $3.00 per tube.

At first I thought they might be using chloinated hydrocarbons to acheive the performance as claimed for the additives, but the MSDS shows that its fairly mild.

I agree with Crashz, not impressed. As far as additives, I stick with Schaffers soyshield treatment. By far one of the best out there for USLD.
