3-Point Hitch GC2410TLB 3 Pt hitch goes up, stays up, and blows seals

it was a broken part...hoses never changed.... the problem was fixed.... I forgot to post it the other day with the crap weather we had around here....my bad....found the ball bearing for the hitch detent was in the works ....got that little sucker out and she works ok now...
