GC2400 hydraulic issues

I have 2009 GC2400 with 229 hours just bought 4' 3pt rotary mower, when using hyd will not hold cutting height mower slowly settles till cutting too low reset mow for a bit same thing, noticed bucket also settles after mowing for a bit have to lift up to clear ground. hyd oil level in window is correct, mower is a light to medium duty so weight should not be a issue. looking for imput as to what might be going on. thanks

On the 3PH, don't implements eventually settle "all the way down"? Is there not a way to set minimum height with wheels and/or 3PH linkage adjustment? (I don't know, as I use a belly mower.)
