GC2310 PTO Levers

I have read the manual and maybe I missed something. I understand one of the lever engages the mid PTO the other lever engages the rear pto. The third lever engages and disengages the clutch for the pto when moved to the forward position or left in the center position. My question is what is the full rearward position for?
Well almost 50 hours on the tractor and still have a smile everytime I get on it.

I am not sure on this but and could be WAY off... It sounds like maybe your mid PTO can be shifted from clockwise to counter clockwise. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
