MF1635 TBL,
Has any one removed the floor board and rear fenders? For I have an hydraulic leak coming from somewhere between the left hand frame under the seat. Close to the hydraulic pump.

Unfortunately to be able to pin point the cause it's going to have to be stripped down.

Is it to much for a weekend mechanic to handle?

You shouldn't have to much of a problem at all.Had mine off a few times already.Doing so will give you a chance to clean all the debris out from between the floor board and frame where the cooling screen sucks air from underneath. The thing to do is take the dash screen off first, both sides.Next take the rubber floor matting off.Remove the screws holding the floor board down. Before trying to remove the floor board on the left hand side of the steering column there's a couple of [fuse's or relays]youll have to just unbolt them and move them out of the way.Unbolt the fenders from the floor board and you'll beable to take the floor board off.Thats when you'll see the fuel pump and hydralic lines etc:There'll be grass etc: built up in that area if its never been cleaned. To remove the fenders you'll first have to pull the lever knobs off and unbolt the fender at the back of the tractor as well. Not a problem just keep a eye on how you take it all apart and you'll be good.Larry

Thanks for the disasembaly instructions, they where bang on. Now the fun part starts, trying to find where the leak is coming from.
