GC2300 power steering.

i bought a GC2300 with power steering cylinder was off it.
rebuilt it got it back on and dang is was PITA.
had to take the flywheel off.
anyway got it back on and pretty much all the hydraulic line was leaking.
so i took them off and went and had new ones made.
i marked the steering lines as right front left front back right, and back left.
while i was waiting on the lines to be made.
i had shoulder surgery.
to make a long story short. my son in law was going to fix the tractor for me.
he took the steering controller off the tractor, thinking it would only fit one way.
well he was wrong. it will fit in any orientation.
needless to say when i put the lines back on the steering gets locked and will not steer the tractor.
does anybody know if those controllers are marked in any way. i guess i can try all the different combinations

if I was forced to guess I would say you are air locked, its very easy to get air into the orbital valve.

how do i go about getting it un air locked.
has any one pulled the steering wheel off.
he took it off the first time and it came off easy.
he put it back on with an air gun and now the steering wheel will not come off.
the three holes that hold the Mitshibishe button on don't seem to be threaded
not sure how i can get a pulley puller on it

its not a mechanical steering wheel. its a hydraulic valve driven off your transaxle. crack the lines on it open and run tractor at approx 2500rpm for a bit. you will see air bubbles. then once thats done crack the lines open on both ends of the steering cylinder and do the same procedure.
this MAY work but if it don't is a matter of taking it to a dealer and spending a buttload of money.
