GC 1725 anyone know what this is?

GC 1725, 43 hours.
Before doing research thought I would ask the group.

I was mowing and heard my rear mower hit something and I don't what it is. Looks like a damper of some but I have not determined where it came from.

Any help would be appreciated.

Unbelievable. Guess if we had a dog I might have known.

Ok so Massey is not using dog toys for suspension dampers.

Thanks for the info, now I can get back to mowing.

If it's any consolation, I believe the Kong dog toy was inspired by a VW suspension component.

No wonder it didn't show up when I looked through the online parts book.

Now if only i could just find a free copy of the GC1725 wiring diagram since they didn't include it in the manual.
