Gauges don't work on YM 2310D

After I figured out the last problem (it wasn't the starter), I just didn't have the battery cables seated well enough on the new battery. So the tractor will start but none of the gauges or dummy lights work, neither do the turn signals or the horn. After starting the tractor I return the switch to the run or on position. I cleaned all of the contacts on the back of the started and the ends of the wires that connect to each but still nothing. I am guessing it is a problem inside the switch itself?

Could there be a bad fuse or a ground?

I did check the fuses, they appear to be good. I forgot to mention that in the original post.

You should be able to check the switch out with a multimeter.

Thanks Winston1, I'll check the contact on the back of the starter that goes to the fuse box with a multimeter and see what I get.
