I came across these garden pictures that are from around 6 yrs ago when I was an insane gardener. They were taken in late evening, so quality is not that great...but thought I'd share with the other gardening maniacs out there. Most people get their kids from the stork, but I grew mine in the garden. This first picture is of the original cabbage patch kid.

when the deer eat your garden, you either put up a fence, forget the garden and eat the deer, or both. Keeping the deer out can be an electrifying experience....this is the wrong way to test if the fence is "on".

After looking at these now, I am wondering why didn't I just go down to the farmer's market and buy a bushel of beans?

That's a garden??? Me with the brown thumb would call that a market operation.

Our spring has been lousy for growin things this year.

As Egon said, it looks like a market operation! Couldn't help but notice that NO GRASS or weeds were visible... Maybe it's the difference in climate, but weeds are taking my garden this year with all the rain.
